Three international teachers come together to offer you a very special AcroYoga weekend in this beautiful region in the South of France.
Be ready for a weekend of 9 hours of high quality AcroYoga workshop, where you will deepen your practice but also get more conscious about the way you communicate with your AcroYoga partners during practice.
AcroYoga is a creative mixture between yoga, acrobatics and thai massage.
In this kind of yoga, partners are supporting each others to do postures, acrobatics which are made accessible to everyone and therapeutic flying massage. Through conscious movement, synchronization of breath and games, this practice works on connection, caring relationship, trust ( in yourself and in the other person) and communication.
AcroYoga is a precious tool for self development, giving value to physical and emotional contact, through mutual support and cooperation.
Concerning the practice we’ll dive into creative flows putting together smart progressions with precision, fluidity of movement and creativity in different SAME SIZE flows. Be prepared to play, explore, and work on your communication skills. We’ll use our several influences and inspirations from Montreal and International school, be ready to share with authenticity and joy !
Level of the workshop will be open for advanced beginners and intermediates that want to work on setting a solid foundations and deepen their practice and that are curious about communication skills and teamwork. This shouldn’t be your first Acro experience – you should be comfortable with at least 4 Acro poses and some basic washing machines. If you are not there while reading this- you can get there. Check your local teachers and groups.
This 1,5 days workshop will be held in relationship of “Empathy in movement – AcroYoga and Authentic Communication retreat” wich will take place from 9 to 13 October in a retreat centre close to the training room (Le Jardin des Possibles, Alet les Bains(11)).
It is possible to participate only to the weekend workshop, or to the whole retreat, as you prefer. If you are passionate about Empathic Communication and you want to include those tools to your acroyoga practice you might want to participate to the whole retreat.
If you are not free to take 5 days and you still want to have a good AcroYoga workshop where some focus will be given to Empathic Communication in the practice, come and join us for this weekend event and still discover this beautiful region in south of France.
