Fifi Rosenblat & Fernando Melki

We are very excited to have some very special guests this year, two great humans and professional acrobats with a refined and precise teaching style that is fun and close at the same time.

Fifi Rosenblat: ex gymnast, trained at the Carampa circus school in Madrid in 2014. Specialized in partner acrobatics. She has been teaching acro for more than 7 years and worked for Circus companies such as Faltan 7 and Circ Cric.

Fer Melki: trained at the Circo Criollo school in Buenos Aires Argentina in 2000 in the specialty of partner acrobatics. He has 15 years of experience as a teacher. He is currently a teacher at the Rogelio Rivel Circus School in Barcelona and teaches at international events.

As a duo, Fer and Fifi began training together and teaching hand-to-hand classes 6 years ago. Their specialties are static balances (one arm, mono foot to hand and different types of turns on one hand) and dynamic balances in duo and groups (courvertte, cascade, hand spring, somersaults, different hand-to-hand and hand-foot climbs, etc.)

Clara & Lidiya

We are very happy to announce that we have our friends and incredible teachers Clara & Lidiya coming for this edition of the Granada Acrobatic convention. This duo of two girls have been involved in the acro scene since we started, they have been helping to promote the acro practice and build the community in Barcelona. Together they have beautiful and amazing creative flows and other cool stuffs.

Clara and Lidiya have been teaching weekly Acroyoga classes and workshops together in Barcelona since 2017. They specialize in fun and challenging Acroyoga flows and washing machines that include creative elements. As a same size duo they utilize technique to execute challenging flows and share this knowledge with their students to make demanding flows feasible for both beginner and intermediate practitioners. They are patient and supportive teachers who are dedicated to sharing their passion for Acroyoga in a safe manner.

Clara likes to switch roles and practices both as a base and flyer, which allows her to master the techniques of both and makes her a very knowledgeable teacher. In 2017 she completed the Partner Acrobatics training and later the Family Acroyoga training.

Lidiya started practicing Acroyoga in her thirties without previous gymnastics or yoga experience and excels at helping adults get started and grow in their Acroyoga practice. She completed an Acroyoga teacher training with Partner Acrobatics in 2016 and with VanCity Acro in 2018. Her goal is to help other people find the same happiness and self-empowerment that she has experienced through this practice.

Rober

Acroyogui, wanderer, rebel. Spiritual and worldly. Reality linker. He brings them closer and prepares them to play and get to know each other through movement and clear words. He summons the tribes. He ensures that the land in which he sows, nourishes and harvests is fertile. He takes care of his garden to welcome those who arrive.

He seeks clarity and vision for his actions: he feels, he thinks, and he acts. Whether in the kitchen, in a workshop, in a teacher’s training or as a festival producer, he seeks to integrate this drive and coherence with a sensitive and collaborative listening. He creates environments where people would want to use their gifts to ensure that what needs to be done gets done with conscience and from what one feels.

The idea of a joyful and balanced “path with a heart” inspires him. He takes care of being in sync with himself and agile enough to empower those who share any practice with him.

He enjoys the art of teaching and enjoys sharing knowledge to enable everyone to find their own ways of being and creating their own path. His specialties are icarians, whips and whipops, along with technique, care and teaching how to enjoy the learning processes. He was trained in the Latin American School of AcroYoga, FLAY (Formación Latinoamericana de AcroYoga), in 2019 and in the Partner Acrobatics Teacher Training in Argentina 2023.
