Sardinia Retreat 2025

Join us for a week full of acroyoga, yoga, hiking, climbling, a lot of fun, relaxation, connection and cool activities. We will explore this incredible area on the incredible Island of Sardinia, moving our bodies with different practices that enrich the experience and help us to connect in a different way with the environment, with the local people and the other participants. We consider our retreats as an opportunity to enjoy life and travel in a very powerful way. It will be a transformational experience, a way to connect with yourself and with other people from different countries who are on the same path and have lots to share.

Granada Acrobatics Convention 2023

7 days of non stop acro in a privileged space in the mountains of Sierra Nevada, in south Spain. 60 spots for acrobats with more than 10 international and local teachers, all coming together to share, learn and, most importantly, have fun!There will be three simultaneous workshops (beginner, intermediate and advanced) The main content of the workshops will be: Acroyoga & Partner Acrobatics, L basing and standing acro, Icarians, Whips, Whipops, hand to hands, Handstands, Thai massage and lots of games & fun!

Enjoy 6 days surrounded by nature in the heart of the Alpujarras, workshops on Acroyoga, Yoga, Thai Massage, Prehab, Icarians, Acrobatics in pairs, Verticals and much more; Learning with experienced teachers who will carry out workshops adapted to all levels, in a full schedule of activities, group games, workshops, Shows, Acro jams, swimming pool, Sauna... in the beautiful "Cortijo Casería del Mercado".

Lanzarote Retreat 2023

Spend your winter holiday surfing in one of the biggest and most beautiful sandy beaches of the Canary Islands. Learn and deepen your Acroyoga skills from basic poses and transitions, to pops, whips, fun and crazy washing machines or standing Acro. Every day we will give a yoga session or morning therapeutic exercise, we will walk on the volcanoes and you will discover hidden areas of Lanzarote and taste the delicious local food prepared especially by the people of the Canary Islands.
