Join us for a week full of fun, relaxation, connection and cool activities. We will explore this incredible area on the incredible Island of Sardinia, moving our bodies with different practices that enrich the experience and help us to connect in a different way with the environment, with the local people and the other participants. We consider our retreats as an opportunity to enjoy life and travel in a very powerful way. It will be a transformational experience, a way to connect with yourself and with other people from different countries who are on the same path and have lots to share.

We will spend a week in a very special place, doing activities in the village and in the surrounding nature. We will connect with the place and locals through healthy adventure activities like Acroyoga, Yoga, Hiking and Climbing. The views and landscapes are outstanding, you can breathe the mountain village atmosphere, you will fall in love with this place and the retreat.

Sardinia is the second largest island in the Mediterranean Sea, surrounded by the island of Corsica in the north, the Italian peninsula to the east, Tunisia to the south, and the Balearic Islands to the west. Most of the territory is made up of mountains and hills, some of which are very characteristic, and are called “giare” or “gollei”.
Ulassai is a small mountain town in the heart of Ogliastra, the most unspoiled and authentic region of Sardinia. Surrounded by high limestone cliffs and at an altitude of 700 m amsl, it attracts visitors by the combination of the uncontaminated nature of Sardinia and the authentic traditions with the beauty of the coast, only 20 minutes by car. Ulassai offers, a few kilometers from the center of the village, a variety of attractions: from the distinctive “tacchi” of limestone, so called because they resemble the heels turned upwards of the shoe (“tacco” means “heel” in Italian ), very popular with climbers from all over the world, to the cavern “Su Marmuri”, one of the most famous in Sardinia; from the high and sparkling waterfalls of Lecorci and Lequarci, which form after the autumn rains, to the Taccu plateau with its forests of centenary oaks and strawberry trees, through which various paths are woven to offer walks with breathtaking views . One of the curiosities of this village is that it is one of the places with the highest number of centenary inhabitants in Europe, why could this be? come and find out with us…
