I Acroyoga Festival Barcelona

The Acrology team (David Worrow, Caru Gonzalez, David Sanjuan) are happy to attend the first AcroYoga Festival in Barcelona, the FAB to share Acroyoga workshops. Every September for 4 days we come together with the objective of strengthening and expanding the AcroYoga community in Catalonia.
The festival takes place in a rural house in the Falts del Montseny, surrounded by nature, with green areas, large outdoor rooms for practicing, relaxation areas and swimming pool. There are 4 days of workshops with local teachers with a lot of experience and of all styles of AcroYoga. There will be several workshops simultaneously for all levels as well as yoga, vertical sessions, massage, mantras and shows for the night.
TO WHOM IS IT DIRECTED?
For all the people interested in the practice of AcroYoga. There will be workshops both for those who have never practiced and for advanced practitioners (washing machines, standing acro, hand to hand …). There will also be workshops of AcroYoga therapeutic, Thai massage, dance and conscious movement, vertical, yoga etc …

The Pinatar is a large house of colonies located in the skirt of the Montseny and surrounded by forests of pines and oaks. It is located in Gualba, 55km from Barcelona and 52km from Girona. It is a large estate with a house of 2 floors, outdoor areas for practice and relaxation, excursions from the house, indoor covered pavilion of 1,000m2 and interior yoga room. It also has a swimming pool, small climbing wall and 80-meter zip line! The ideal environment to enjoy AcroYoga, heat and nature.

FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION
All participants will be in shared rooms with bunk beds. In the inscription you can choose if you want room only for women, only for men or mixed for those who come as a couple.
The rural house does not allow the option of camping with a tent or staying overnight with a van.
All meals are included and will be vegetarian with options for vegans with prior request.
HOW TO GET
By Train: Renfe R2 line to the GUALBA stop. From there, take a taxi or hitchhiking. We offer pick-up at the station by car on THURSDAY, the 13th at 7:00 p.m. and at 10:00 p.m. Let us know if you come to one of these hours.
By Car: From Barcelona on the A-7 Motorway, exit 11 “Sant Celoni – Baix Montseny”. At 5.9 km roundabout, take the third exit. Continue straight onto BV-5115. 2.9 km Gualba. From Girona on the A-7 motorway, exit 10 “Hostalric”.
