Acro, Movement Camp in the Mountains

Come for an autumn retreat in south Spain!
We are going to spend five incredible days in this paradise in the mountains of Sierra Nevada in Granada also know as the Alpujarras. Come to connect with yourself and other beautiful people in the nature breathing pure air, eating delicious organic food… We will enjoy our time there with different cool movement class such as Partner Acrobatics, Yoga, Handstand Training, Capoeira, Conscious and Natural Movement, Thai Massage, Conscious Touch and Consent Training, and Earth Caring workshop. In addition we will be able to have some time to chill by the pool, use the sauna, watch the starry sky and the milkyway, sing and play music and much more…

Nestled between the small villages of Almegíjar and Cástaras, 100 km from Granada. The closest town is Orgiva.The farm is surrounded by a wide variety of flora and fauna.
The local area is fantastic hiking country with spectacular mountain views and isolated “white villages”.If you want to come before or leave later please let us know, there is possibility of doing some volunteer work or pay extra.

Creates an environment of friendship, trust, exploration and tolerance. In the disciplines of Acrobatics, Thai Massage, Touch, Adventure activities, Treatments, Kids and Family Yoga, the qualities of both support and daring are cultivated.
Oliver and Sharon have an strong background in Social Work, Physiotherapy, Chinese Medicine, Thai Massage.
Their passionate teaching style cultivates joy and clears up the mind. They are dedicated to offering “heartful” and playful workshops, trainings and non-profit outreach connecting communities around the world.
Together they created the AcroYoga Fun & Games manual.
AcroYoga for them is the practice of doing the impossible, accessible and the dreams, realities. They have an analytic eye to support the group in a safe and dynamic way, allowing magic to happen.

Arapuá discovered her passion for bodywork through Capoeira in 2008, this gradually led her to explore the practice of Yoga and AcroYoga when she moved to Barcelona in 2012. Arapuá is an Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and AcroYoga teacher.
Arapuá is a handstand freak, Capoeira and Partner Dance lover. She likes using and combining elements of fluidity and improvisation of Capoeira and dance with the connection and linearity of Yoga and AcroYoga, searching for the freedom and creativity of movement within the practice of AcroYoga.
★ ★ Carú Gonzalez
Bachelor in Education, masseur, climber, traveler, lover of movement and nature. He is a certified teacher in Acroyoga and Hatha yoga, he is always learning and sharing about different types of body movements such as acroyoga, yoga, acrobatics, capoeira, massages, body percussion …His passion is to do what he loves and to share with others, with a social and humanitarian vision, inspiring and sharing his practice and experience with other teachers from different places and taking his practice to places like prisons and juvenile centers
